FCCPC Signs Updated MOU with EFCC and United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) Has signed an MOU with EFCC and US FTC in order to strengthen cooperation and addressing mutual cross-border consumer protection/fraud occurrences.
This is another step in the right direction which serve as a tool of protecting consumers is market surveillance and intelligence gathering.
