A Kano state governorship aspirant on the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC) Mallam Inuwa Waya has congratulated the incumbent governor of the state, Dr.Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, on his conferment with 2021 Man Of the Year Award by the Sun Newspapers.
However, Malam Waya who is also a philanthropist described the award as well-deserved and timely, considering governor Ganduje’s giant strides towards providing good leadership and unprecedented achievements recorded by his administration.
His words “this award by a reputable newspaper in Nigeria is a clear testimony that Governor Ganduje’s immense contributions towards developing Kano state is highly noted by notable organizations in Nigeria and globally.
Malam Waya then urged Kano people to continue praying for peace and unity in the state and Nigeria, as well as praying for the success of Governor Ganduje’s administration.
