Osun State Governor, represented by his deputy Prince Kola Adewusi flanked by Osun West Senator Elect Akogun Lere Oyewumi presented staff of office to HRM Oba Olaoye Yinusa Oyelayo and HRM Oba Sawiyu Ayinla Alao Adewolu 1.
The Senator-Elect Akogun Lere while congratulating the monarchs said, on behalf of Osun West Senatorial District, we heartily felicitate with HRM Oba Olaoye Yinusa Oyelayo, Gbadewole 1 as Atolugbu of Ejemu Oke Oba and HRM Oba Sawiyu Ayinla Alao Adewolu 1 as the Oniran of Ilu Iran today at Oluponna, and the people of Ejemu Oke Oba and Ilu Iran on your coronation and presentation of Staff of Office.
Akogun also stated that, We have the confidence that with their pedigree they will insha Allah excel in the royal, traditional and religious duties. He also implored Sons and Daughters of Ejemu Oke Oba and Ilu Iran to support the newly installed Kings amid renewed efforts to move the town forward from its present state.
