The Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Security in Osun State, Otunba Babatola Faseru met with all the party chairmen across the Ife/Ijesha Senatorial District, in what he described as a strategic engagement to strengthen party unity and chart a clear path for future victories starting with the re-election of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Dr. Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke.
During the meeting, Otunba Faseru lauded the consistency, dedication, and unwavering commitment of the chairmen towards sustaining the Peoples Democratic Party in the district. He commended them for their grassroots mobilization and resilience in the face of challenges, describing their efforts as the backbone of the party’s strength in the region.
It was in this spirit of service that Otunba Faseru formally declared his Senatorial ambition to the chairmen, promising credible, inclusive, and effective representation if given their support. He vowed to leverage his experience, network, and commitment to address pressing issues and deliver developmental projects that will improve the lives of the people.
Otunba Babatola Faseru reaffirmed that his aspiration is rooted in service, unity, and the desire to give Ife/Ijesha Senatorial District a stronger voice at the national level coupled with the need to complement the great work of his Excellency, the Executive Governor of Osun State through various constituency projects.
