President Bola Tinubu has said that he intends to have a cordial relationship with all 36 governors in the country.
The president, who made this known in a post he shared on his Twitter handle on Thursday, stated that he aims to develop a prosperous nation.
He also shared pictures from his meeting with Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State and his Akwa Ibom counterpart, Umo Eno, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
He wrote, “I was delighted, this morning, to receive in audience Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State #CalebMutfwang and later, Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom.
“I look forward to a cordial and constructive relationship with all 36 Governors as we work to build a safe, secure, and prosperous Nigeria for the benefit of all Nigerians.”
Tinubu met with the members of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, which is an assembly of the 36 State Governors, at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Wednesday.
