…salute Governor Adeleke fruitful political leadership style
The erstwhile Caretaker Chairman of People’s Democratic Party in Osun state, Dr Akindele Adekunle has congratulated Senator (Dr) Lere Oyewumi on his emergence as the Deputy Minority leader in the Senate of the 10th National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Dr Akindele, in a congratulatory message personally signed by him, described Akogun Lere Oyewumi as an “Apostle of politics” who understands the murky waters of the political system of Nigeria and how best to navigate through it.
He described his emergence as a principal officer in the upper chamber of the National Assembly as a right peg in the right hole while also congratulating Osun State Governor, His Excellency, Senator Ademola Adeleke for the astute political leadership he has provided so far that has resulted into seeing people from his state gravitating into an applaudable national leadership position in the country.
Dr Akindele Adekunle equally salute the national leadership of People’s Democratic Party for taking into effect the unblemished and undiluted support the party had in the state during the recently held general election and by which, they’ve shown a signal of reciprocrity reward with one of the Federal lawmakers from Osun state getting into leadership position of the party in the National Assembly.
Dr Akindele prayed for more victorious milestone for Akogun Lere Oyewumi as he sojourn in his quest to bring good leadership and dividends of democracy to the people of Osun-west Senatorial district that he represents, Osun State and Nigeria at large.
