As a significant step towards safeguarding the welfare and future of children in Osun State, a collaborative effort between Governor Ademola Adeleke’s government and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has initiated a partnership which is focused on child registration and child protection in the state.
During a meeting held on Friday at the Office of the Commissioner for Women, Children, and Social Affairs, Hon. Ayobola Fadeyi Awolowo with the delegation from UNICEF, led by the Head of Child Protection in the Southwest, Mr. Denis Onoise, discussed on how to underscored the commitment of both parties to the well-being, protection, and empowerment of children in the State.
The collaboration between the Osun State Government and UNICEF heralds a new era of child-focused initiatives and reinforces the dedication of His Excellency, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, the Governor of Osun State, to ensuring a secure and promising future for the children of Osun.
