The General Overseer of El-Bethel Prayer City, Major General Preye Fakrogha has advised Nigerian youths against ritual killings and other social vices detrimental to the progress of the country.
Major General Fakrogha gave the advice while addressing newsmen on a 2 day interdenominational revival programme with the theme “Divine Accelerated Favour” coming up in Gwagwalada Abuja.
The General Overseer of El-Bethel Prayer City who expressed concern over ritual killings and immoral act among some youths said the essence of the revival programme is depopulate the kingdom of darkness and win souls for Christ most especially yourhs.
According to him, anyone who believe and work in accordance with the teachings and commandments of God will surely be blessed both on earth and in heaven.
“The essence of the revival movement being embark upon by El-Bethel Prayer City is to win the young people towards the Lord because our God is a living God and if you believe in Him and do according to what He has said in His book, you’ll be able to exercise the power and authority to overcome all challenges” Major General Fakrogha stated
While expressing concern over negative influence of social media on youths, the General Overseer admonished them to always shun sinful behaviour that could hinder their breakthrough from God.
He emphasized the need for young people to be steadfast in faith and prayers to summout every forces of darkness in their lives.
“Whether we like it or not, the devil is roaming around looking for who to devoid but we have to stand up and say no because heaven is real and hell is real” He noted
Major General Fakrogha who identified globalization as one of the factors responsible for the rate of atrocities and sins among the youth said El-Bethel Prayer City would continue to embark on programmes that would bring the youth more closer to God.
He admonished youths to always engage in positive ventures and be committed to the service of God and humanity.
“You cannot serve God and not be blessed therefore I’m urging all yourhs to always remember to serve God in prime age to attract divine favour and blessings” He added
