Adeleke Celebrates RCCG General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, at 84

Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has extended warm congratulations to the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, on the occasion of his 84th birthday, saluting his remarkable journey of faith, discipline, and global spiritual leadership.

Governor Adeleke notes that Pastor Adeboye’s life, which began in Ifewara, Osun State, has grown into a ministry of worldwide reach, shaping lives across continents, and projecting Nigeria positively on the global religious landscape. He describes the revered cleric as a symbol of humility in leadership, and consistency in purpose.

The Governor also reflects on Pastor Adeboye’s tenure as the second National President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, acknowledging his role in fostering cooperation and harmony among Christian bodies in the country.

Speaking on the milestone, Governor Adeleke stated that Pastor Adeboye’s teachings have continued to inspire upright living, peaceful coexistence, and faith among millions, adding that Osun State is honoured to be connected to a spiritual figure of such standing, and influence.

“As Bàbá Enoch marks his 84th birthday, we celebrate a life wholly committed to God, and to the service of humanity. Pastor Adeboye’s legacy is visible in the countless testimonies of transformed lives, and strengthened communities across the world,” the Governor remarked.

Governor Adeleke prays that God will grant the respected cleric continued vitality, wisdom, and grace to sustain his ministry and remain a beacon of hope to generations yet unborn.
