An Osun State High Court sitting in Osogbo, today, dismissed an application for the stoppage of Osun PDP Ward, Local and State Congresses.
Delivering his judgement, Hon. Justice Ayo Oyebiyi said there was no nexus between the reliefs sought by the applicants in the originating summons and the application for injunction.
Some suspended members of the party dragged the party before his lordship, asking him to stop the ongoing congresses.
Recall, eight (8) members of the party were suspended my the party over the allegation of anti-party among others.
