Governor Adeleke Lights Up Irepodun Communities in Ilesha



‎The Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, has commissioned a newly installed 500KVA transformer at the Irepodun Community in Ilesha, further reinforcing his administration’s commitment to rural electrification across the state.

‎The commissioned transformer serves several communities within the Irepodun axis, including SENIK, Alafiatayo, Testing Ground, and Irepodun Barakat, bringing much-needed relief and improved power supply to residents of the area.

‎Governor Adeleke was represented at the commissioning ceremony by the Osun State Commissioner for Energy, Hon. Festus Ademola Adeyemo. Speaking on behalf of the Governor, Hon. Adeyemo commended the people of the benefiting communities for their cooperation and support throughout the installation process.

‎He assured residents that the Adeleke-led administration remains committed to delivering more dividends of democracy, particularly in critical sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and community development.

‎The Governor, through his representative, reaffirmed his resolve to ensure steady electricity supply to all communities across Osun State, emphasizing that providing light to every corner of the state remains a top priority of his administration, in line with his people-centered governance agenda.

‎Residents of the communities expressed appreciation to the Governor for fulfilling his promise and bringing light to their doorsteps, describing the intervention as timely and impactful.
