A Nigerian content creator identified as Young C, has been successfully exhumed after spending 24 hours buried alive in a coffin.
Young C announced in an Instagram post on Wednesday that he would be embarking on the challenge for an undisclosed reason, stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.
He took to his Instagram account to share a video announcing his daring plan: “I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.” He added, “And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live at night.”
In another post on Thursday afternoon, the content creator announced he had completed the challenge, also revealing that his TikTok account had been suspended.
Following his announcement, Nigerians doubted the claim of being buried alive, with some calling for his arrest.
