The Osun State Government has presented letter of appointment to the newly appointed Owa of Igbajo kingdom, Oba Dr. Ademola Stephen Makinde.
Presenting the letter of appointment to the traditional ruler on Monday, the Special Adviser on Chieftaincy Affairs to the Governor, Alh. Adam Akintunde Akindeere, also congratulated and prayed for the new traditional ruler as well and urged the traditional ruler to continue to carry his people along in the discharge of his responsibilities to the community.
The traditional ruler Oba Dr. Ademola Stephen Kayode Makinde, assured the state government of his readiness to play his part in ensuring a peaceful and enabling environment for developmental strides in his community, Igbajo and the state at large.
