The Osun State Chapter of Online Media Publishers Association, has felicitated with the Executive Governor of the State, Senator Ademola Adeleke on his victory at the Supreme Court.
The court case was put to a close on Tuesday when the Supreme court judgement affirmed Senator Adeleke as the duly elected governor of the state during the July 16, 2022 governorship poll.
This was contained in a congratulatory message of OOMPA group to Adeleke, which was signed by its chairman, Jare Tiamiyu, obtained in Osogbo on Thursday.
OOMPA commended the governor for not allowing the litigation to distract him from doing his duties and fulfilling his campaign promises.
” We congratulate our governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, on his victory at the Supreme Court which affirmed his election. God has made him governor and will continue to grant him wisdom, knowledge, understanding and strength to govern the state in the right direction.
“We commend the governor for not allowing the litigation to distract him from doing his duties as Governor and we encourage him to put in more effort to make Osun better than he met it.
“We urge the good people of Osun State to continue to support Mr Governor for the development of our dear state,” the statement reads.
