The Elders’ Forum of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Iwo Local Government has publicly pledged unwavering loyalty and support to the Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke.
Led by Hon. Sulaiman Akanji Bello, the forum announced its collective decision to align fully with Governor Adeleke’s leadership and political direction, citing confidence in his developmental agenda and commitment to the welfare of Osun residents.
In a statement signed by Hon. Bello, who also serves as Special Adviser on Rural Access Roads to the Governor, the elders reaffirmed their readiness to follow Governor Adeleke wherever his political path leads.
“In our recent deliberations, we jointly agreed that wherever Governor Adeleke goes, we shall go with him. This decision is born out of our unwavering trust in his purposeful leadership, his commitment to the development of Osun State, and his tireless efforts in improving the lives of our people.
“We hereby reaffirm our total loyalty and support to Governor Adeleke and pledge to follow his political direction in the overall interest of our party and the good people of Iwo Local Government.” The statement concluded.
