Response from Alhaja Kuburat Olayiwola to AMUBO Westorial‎

‎Re: Osun LG: Oyebamiji warns against use of Amotekun to take over the councils

‎Asiwaju Oyebamiji, a.k.a. AMUBO Westorial, before you continue throwing baseless accusations and misleading the public, let me ask you one simple question: Who approached the Court of Appeal to relist the case was it the PDP or your APC? Stop twisting the facts simply because the judgment didn’t favor your narrative.

‎Since you claim to have followed the Zoom proceedings “passionately,” then you must have heard Justice Obiora clearly state that “the APC’s problem is self-inflicted.” Or did selective hearing take over at that point?

‎Rather than pushing a distorted interpretation of the judgment, go back and listen to your own APC lawyers their arguments in court exposed the real story. Your party took a legal gamble, and it backfired. Now that the outcome didn’t suit you, you’re crying foul and dragging Amotekun into your party’s self-inflicted troubles.

‎You speak of a “binding and sacred judgment,” yet it was your party that returned to court trying to reverse what you earlier claimed was a victory. That’s the height of political confusion. If you truly believed the February 10 judgment was final, why did you rush back to the Appeal Court?

‎You’re shouting “end of the road” for the PDP, but from every indication, it’s the APC that’s clearly at a dead-end grasping at straws and pointing fingers. The public isn’t blind. They see the truth.

‎So instead of making veiled threats and name-dropping Amotekun, take a long, hard look in the mirror and ask yourself who has really reached the end of the road?
