The Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo on Thursday, struck out the case instituted by the All Progressives Congress against the chairman of the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSSIEC), Barrister Hashim Abioye.
The court stated that the plaintiff failed to give the Osun State House of Assembly the three month pre-notifcation before failing its amended suit.
