The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has rejoiced with his Commissioner on Special Duties and Regional Integration, Dr Basiru Tokunbo Salami, on the auspicious occasion of his 64th birthday, acknowledging the grace of Almighty Allah in his life, which is a blessing to countless lives.
Governor Adeleke, in a statement by his Spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed celebrates Dr Salam’s life of service and contributions, which spans several decade and in different capacities, praising him for the frontline role he continues to play in his administration’s effort to renew the infrastructures of Osun state and uplift the lives of the people.
The Governor commends the ex-LG boss for the immense benefits that come from his sincerity and devotion to assigned role, saying the birthday of the top flight professional brings refreshing memories of his incredible values and the extent of impact he continues to have in our lives.
“I celebrate my dear brother and a dependable ally, Dr. Basiru Tokunbo Salami, on the occasion of his 64th birthday. Dr Salami’s life embodies service and I am always honoured to benefit from his untainted loyalty and dedication to good causes,” Governor Adeleke was quoted as saying in a congratulatory message.
“Over the years, Dr. Salami stood as a pillar of support, consistently taking up initiatives that shaped our political direction so far and advanced the interests of our people. I’m thankful for his wise counsel and the painstaking effort demonstrated over the years to developmental issues and interventions that will impact lives of the poor and underserved.”
