In acknowledgment of her commitment to the fight against gender based violence, stellar leadership approach, transparent achievements and integrity through women empowerment, the Transparency Africa, a non governmental organization with total emancipation against corruption in Africa, has conferred Transparency Africa Award on Osun state First Lady, Mrs. Titilola Adeleke.
Delivering the organisation’s Executive Secretary speech, Amb. Ken Joseph, applauded the Osun First Lady’s zeal and passion for holistic development of Women, Children and the underprivileged which he said, informed her selection for the award.
He posited that corruption remains a clog in the wheels of African’s development and solicited the collaborative efforts of the first lady’s office, to extend the anti-corruption campaign to every nooks and cranny of the state with a view to making the society free of the menace.
In her reaction, Mrs Adeleke appreciated the Transparency Africa for the honour, assuring the delegate of her total commitment to ensure more service to humanity in the state and beyond.
The leader of the delegate, Mr. Joseph, decorated the First Lady, Mrs Titilola Adeleke with the Transparency Africa medal and subsequently, presented her with the certificate and transparency award.
