As part of Oluwo’s efforts at complementing the development efforts of the Iwo Board of Trustees (IBOT), in moving the annual Iwo Day Celebration to an everyday development experience, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, will tomorrow ,Sunday 28th April, 2024, appear on Ayekooto Radio, 88.3FM, Iwo, Osun State.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to Oluwo Alli Ibraheem, which was made available to newsmen on Saturday.
According to the statement, The live broadcast will be aired between 3:30pm and 4:15pm.
“The enlightenment program will be continuous once a month and may be modified to be twice a month as the annual Iwo Day draws nearer.
“It will be a prudent platform and provide an opportunity to give account on income accrued from the annual event as well as remind the people of their roles in the development of Iwo.
“Oluwo will be live on radio tomorrow to herald the montly program. Citizens and residents of Iwo are enjoined to stay tune and feel free to ask any questions. The President of IBOT, Prof. Lai Olurode and it’s secretary general, Aare Jire Ayinla will be in the studio with His Imperial Majesty. he added
