Protesting workers of the Ministry of works on Wednesday locked the Minister for works, David Umahi inside his office for his inhumane and unjust treatment towards them.
They locked the Minister in his office over claims that he stopped engineers and directors from doing their work, by bringing consultants to run the affairs of the ministry.
The workers also described him as a tyrant.
Umahi was said to have earlier prevented workers who came late for work from gaining access to the ministry.
