Doctrine of Political Fraud: Why Ife Must Reject APC’s ‘Rescue Mission’ As A Failed , Fraudulent, And Legally Indictable Enterprise

In the architecture of constitutional democracy, political parties are presumed to act as fiduciaries of public trust custodians of development, not conspirators in underdevelopment.

But the All Progressives Congress (APC), particularly in its historical dealings with Ife Federal Constituency, has behaved less like a political institution and more like an enterprise of negligence, repeatedly perpetrating what any lawyer would categorise as political misrepresentation, constructive fraud, and breach of fiduciary obligation.

In the jurisprudence of public administration, facts remain sacred, evidence remains supreme, and performance stands as the ultimate exhibit. And as Osun State marks Imole @3, one fact towers above all others ₦70 billion pension debt cleared under Governor Ademola Adeleke a monumental financial rectitude that instantly separates competence from calamity, and exposes the APC’s years of negligence as an era of fiscal recklessness.

For years, Ife people endured an era where public projects were pronounced but never produced, funded but never seen, allocated but never executed a pattern consistent with what legal scholars call projectus fictus: projects that exist only in the realm of fiction.

The so-called “rescue mission” peddled by APC is nothing short of a fraudulent mischaracterisation of governance a political doctrine founded on empty rhetoric, institutional abandonment, and shameless propaganda.

Legally speaking, it is void ab initio.
It fails ab initio.
It collapses ab initio.

Why?
Because a rescue mission that rescues nothing but its own pockets is a fraudulent doctrine, unfit for civic consumption.

The APC consistently deployed a pattern of conduct amounting to reckless disregard for public welfare, a hallmark of gross malfeasance.
Ife Federal Constituency knows this truth.
Osun State knows this truth.
And history has recorded it as Exhibit A.

The evidence against APC is overwhelming and incontrovertible.
Dams that were funded but never built.
Roads awarded twice yet never commenced.
Inter-state linkages that died at the level of paperwork.

These abandoned projects stand as monuments of malfeasance,
memorials of betrayal,
and proof beyond reasonable doubt that APC never intended to serve Ife only to exploit her.

No serious legal mind would examine such a pattern and fail to conclude that the APC’s governance represents a continuum of failure, one that any court of equity would denounce as inequitable, unconscionable, and fundamentally defective.

Ife is the cradle of Yoruba civilisation, not a testing ground for political charlatanism.
Under Governor Ademola Adeleke, Ife has witnessed for the first time in many years verifiable governance, infrastructural rebirth, agricultural modernization, health-sector rejuvenation, and people-oriented leadership.

Thus, the people of Ife must treat APC’s return with the same legal finality as a case dismissed for lack of merit.

APC’s rescue mission is not merely a failed mission.
It is a fraudulent mission.
A mission dead on arrival.
A mission void, defective, incurably incompetent, and incapable of revival.

In legal parlance:
Ife people owe the APC nothing but res judicata a final judgment from which no appeal shall lie.

They must reject it wholly, fully, and permanently.

Governor Adeleke’s administration has presented a body of evidence so compelling that it invalidates all APC propaganda:

Hospitals built, not imagined.

Roads constructed, not recited.

Tractors delivered, not theorised.

Workers paid, not punished.

Communities lifted, not lied to.

Under Imole, governance is not an abstract noun it is a physical, measurable, legally cognizable reality.

The people of Ife stand today at a historic threshold.
The question before them is no longer political; it is moral, legal, and existential:

Do we return to a party whose governance was a breach of trust?
Or do we consolidate the progress of an administration whose actions are admissible as evidence of good governance?

For justice, for posterity, for dignity
Ife must reject APC’s failed rescue mission with finality and follow the path illuminated by Adeleke’s transformational leadership.

This is not mere politics.
It is jurisprudence.
It is justice.
It is the rightful verdict of a people long denied, now awakened.
