I have known Hon Adewale Egbedun since 2018 when we both ran for office to represent our respective State Constituencies at the Osun State House of Assembly. I can confirm that he’s passionate about contributing to the development of the youths in Osun State. He’s been instrumental in using his vast network to support many youths in Osun State, and he’s also been instrumental in resolving some of the political battles, which I have encountered on my political journey since 2018, and I am highly grateful for his support.
It’s on this note that I hereby endorse his ambition as the next speaker of the Osun State Assembly.
Therefore, I call on the member-elect from Ejigbo State Constituency, Hon Olujimi Asagade (Omo Olore), and the other eighteen (18) members-elect who are below age forty (40) to queue behind Hon Egbedun as their speaker.
In addition, I urge the members-elect who are yet to join Hon Egbedun’s train to note Theodore Roosevelt’s advice where he said as follows:
“The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint to keep from meddling with them while they do it.”.
Finally, I urge all the youths in Osun State to remember Hon Adewale Egbedun in their prayers so that he can achieve his ambition and excel in the role as the speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly.
