…Applauds Governor Adeleke responsiveness to due diligence in selecting the nominees
The former Caretaker Chairman of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State, Dr Akindele Adekunle has congratulated all the Commissioner nominees as announced today in the plenary of the Osun State House of Assembly.
Dr Akindele while congratulating the nominees applauded Governor Ademola Adeleke for conducting his due diligence before picking the best hands that will support him in carrying out his vision of advancement and progress for the state.
He equally stated that all aforementioned nominees merited their nominations as they’ve excelled in their chosen field while also, were at the forefront of the political battles that resulted in the several victories the party had in the state, both electoral and legal battles.
Dr Akindele now enjoined the nominees not to disappoint the confidence repose in them by the Governor and also do their best in any portfolio they’re assigned to ensure the dividends of democracy and the five thematic campaign promises of the government and party are well delivered to the good people of Osun State.
Dr Akindele in the same vein salute the support the people of the state has continually given the state government led by His Excellency, Senator Ademola Adeleke, while imploring them not to waiver in their support notwithstanding the propaganda machineries of the never do well opposition parties in the state and beyond the state.
Earlier today, A 25 name list commissioner nominees were read on the floor of the Osun State House of Assembly by the Honourable Speaker, Rt. Hon Adewale Egbedun as a communication from the state Governor to the House of Assembly.
