The Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, Akogun Lere Oyewumi PhD. Sen. representing Osun West Senatorial district has commended Osun State Government led the Gov. Ademola Adeleke on Road Infrastructure.
In a press statement issued by his media unit and made available to newsmen on Tuesday stated that Senator Lere Oyewumi appreciated Gov. Ademola Adeleke for his steadfastness and for delivering his electoral promises.
Lere Oyewumi in the statement, also noted that road construction would ease the movement of goods and people within the localities which would have a positive impact on the inhabitants.
“In a press release by the Senator, he appreciated the Governor who was represented by Hon. Commissioner for Regional Integration and Special Duties Dr. Bashiru Tokunbo Salam at the flag off of 1.8km Sango/Moro/ Ayedaade road for rising to the people’s demand. He noted that the construction of this road was in line with H. E Gov Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke’s administration’s policy in bringing development to the grassroots.
“He emphasized the commitment by His Excellency Ademola Adeleke which revolves around the development of the state and to place ahead in infrastructure development among her contemporaries which would fast track the economy and give investors an enabling environment for both local and global businesses.
“He then appealed to the residents to cooperate with the contractors, saying the project construction might come with some pains but assured that the citizens would reap the full benefits of it in a matter of months.
