In a remarkable act of gratitude and community service, Dr. B.O. Akinleye, wife of the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Osun State, alongside members of the Dr. Balqees Akinleye Foundation, conducted a house-to-house food distribution drive across Ede to commemorate her 20th wedding anniversary with her beloved husband, Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye, Chief of Staff to the Governor.
The outreach aimed to support thousands of residents while expressing deep appreciation to Almighty Allah for His blessings over the past two decades.
The foundation’s team visited various neighborhoods, distributing essential food items to ease the burdens of vulnerable residents. Speaking during the outreach, Dr. B.O. Akinleye expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Almighty Allah for sustaining her family and enabling them to give back to society. “Celebrating our 20 years of marriage is a testament to God’s grace. We chose to share this joy by reaching out to those in need, as service to humanity is central to our mission,” she stated.
