May Day Workers celebration brings the opportunity to acknowledge and appreciates the tireless contributions of the work force to the overall development of our dear state. Workers are undeniable strong pillar of support and bedrock of reasonable achievements for any government. Setting a day aside to celebrate the difference and unquantifiable contributions from them is worth it.
The present administration under the stewardship of my darling husband, His Excellency, Senator Nurudeen Ademola Jackson Adeleke, the executive Governor of Osun state has been workers friendly through so many pro workers policies and programmes, from payment of half salaries arrears, restructuring of civil service, promotion, improved welfare and social benefits, recruitment, regular payment of salaries and lots more are clear testament to the commitment of Mr Governor to reposition civil service and improve their livelihood in Osun state.
“I therefore enjoin our esteemed workers to remain focused, committed and be more diligent in their respective careers. I urge you all to keep working towards the sustainance of the peaceful coexistence and relationship currently enjoyed by the workers and the government in the state as Osun state government will continue to give premium attention to your welfare and ensuring an improved and conducive working environment for all.
