The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has celebrated Alhaja Lateefat Gbajabiamila on the occasion of her 95th birthday, celebrating her life of impacts and contributions.
Governor Adeleke notes Alhaja Gbajabiamila’s cherished history in the enviable governance landscape of Lagos state, reflecting on her remarkable record as the first elected female local government chairperson during the Lateef Jakande Administration, which paved way for more women participation in government.
The Governor praises Alhaja Gbajabiamila for sustained dedication to uplifting lives, utilising her God-given wealth and endowment to drive a better society, thanking God for her life of service and contributions to humanity.
“I join family, friends and well-wishers in celebrating a woman of profound impact, Alhaja Lateefat Gbajabiamila, the mother of the President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, as she clocks 95 years of age today,” Governor Adeleke was quoted as saying in a congratulatory message.
