Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has commiserated with the Farombi’s family of Oogi in the Ayedaade local government area of the state, over the demise of Hon. Olufemi Farombi, describing the death as rude and untimely.
Governor Adeleke, in a condolence message by his Spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed described the death of the late politician as a rude shock and a monumental loss to the state.
Adeleke said “I received with great shock, the passing of our dear brother, the late Hon. Olufemi Farombi, who died today. It’s devastating that Hon. Farombi has to leave when we need him and his experience most in the state. But who are we to query God? We take solace in God because he lived a fulfilled life.
“I commiserate with the Farombi family of Oogi, the political class in Osun state, and the immediate family of Hon. Femi Farombi on this sad happening. I pray that God grants his soul eternal rest and gives the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. May he find rest in the bosom of the Almighty.”
