The President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio announced this while reading the names of Chairmen, Vice-Chairmen, and members of standing committees of the 10th Senate.
The Osun West Senator was nominated into different committees, The nomination of the senate standing committee is as follows; Committee On Defence, Anti-corruption & Financial Crimes, Solid Mineral, Marine Transport, Petroleum Downstream, Army, INEC, National Security & Intelligence, ICT & Cyber-Crimes, Tertiary Institutions & TETFUND, Appropriation, Employment & Productivity, Federal Character & Inter – govt Affairs.
With this new assignment, Distinguished Senator Akogun Lere Oyewumi is poised to discharge his legislative responsibilities with the zeal needed to add to the benefit of the people of Osun West Senatorial District and Nigerians at large.
