The Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke on Tuesday celebrated with Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi on the occasion of his 49th birthday.
The Governor described Ooni as a foremost promoter of culture and heritage.
Adeleke made this known in his congratulatory message to the monarch.
The congratulatory message, which was contained in a statement signed by the Governor’s Spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed, described Oba Ogunwusi as a symbolic leader, giving his remarkable efforts towards the preservation of Yoruba ideals and culture.
Governor Adeleke extolled the humble carriage of the Ooni’s pronounced commitment to the unity of the race.
