Averted air crash: There’s coil inside the engine, it is not bed nest – Adeleke’ spokesperson insists

The Spokesperson to the Osun state Governor, Mallam Olawale Rasheed has insisted that the recently almost air crash which the state governor and some of his aides were involved was caused by a coil inside the plane engine, and not bird nest.

Sahel standard, recalls that Governor Adeleke and his media aides, escaped a plane crash on Tuesday, September 5th 2023, when the Governor’s plane refused to take off at Muritala Muhammad International Airport, Ikeja in Lagos State.

During an interview with newsmen on Monday, Olawale explained that the explosion was caused by a coil inside the plane engine, and not bird nest.

“In response to a news report from a leadership newspaper that talked about what happened, left to the governor, he has prayed over it , God has taken over and relevant agencies are already making internal investigations.” Olawale stated

He also clarified that the leadership reports which says bed nest is likely to be responsible for the little explosion is not correct.
“When you say bed nest is responsible, it’s not possible

” In the picture shown on leadership newspaper, there’s a coil inside the engine, which means somebody must have put wire coil inside the engine to deliberately shut down the engine, if the flight actually take off, so that could not be bed nest.

” Their report is a very negative side of propaganda and the aviation agencies are already making investigation into the matter and it’s going. He added
