In a special message sent to the citizens of Oyo and Osun States, AIG Zone 11 Command, AIG S. K. Akande sent his appreciation to the good people of Oyo and Osun States especially the electorates for their peaceful conduct, before during and after the last Saturday 18th March, 2023. Governorship and State House of Assembly Elections.
According to press statement signed CSP Ayeni Benjamim who is the Police Public Relations Officer for AIG,Zone 11 command Osogbi, reads
“In as much as no society can develop in a chaotic atmosphere, allowing peace to reign and allowing the electorate to choose candidates of their choice without any forms of intimidation and harassment shows people are ready for growth and national development.
“AIG Zone11 Commends Oyo, Osun Electorates, Personnel On Election Dutyn the same vein, the AIG commend personnels of Police and other security agencies that participated in the election for their endurance and professionalism in handling every electoral issue.
He therefore wishes everyone success in their future endeavors and advise everyone to continue to live in peace.
