Omipidan is a Shadow Chaser – Omisore

Your penchant for lying and thirst for blood is worrisome

Yet again, i am compelled to address the inaccuracies in your recent article. For far too long, you and your co travelers in APC continue to propagate false narratives about alleged ghost workers, aiming to tarnish my reputation. These claims were thoroughly investigated and debunked as baseless. As usual my work ethic and and great record speaks for itself always.

Regarding my tenure with Senate President Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, I served diligently from 2011 as Special Assistant on New Media and Advocacy, was subsequently promoted to Special Assistant on Media then Special Adviser on International Relations, a position I held until Senate President’s tenure concluded in 2019. Post-2019, Dr. Saraki appointed me as Deputy Director of The Africa Politiea Institute, a global think-tank firm, and also appointed me as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Abubakar Bukola Saraki Foundation. These roles underscore my commitment and meritorious service to Nigeria through the Office of the Senate President. Till date, Dr Saraki is a mentor I share deep bond with.

I recall in 2017/2018 when you sought a position within Dr. Saraki’s media team. As a fellow Osun State indigene, you appealed for my assistance to secure the role. I earnestly advocated on your behalf; however, your credentials did not meet the required standards of working in ABS office. I hope you have since enhanced your skills since then because gutter journalism and brown paper envelope can only take you so far in a professional environment.

In your article, you threatened to “bite” or “attack” me in a manner that would render parts of my body unusable. This gangsterism and thuggish behavior reflects a concerning pattern among APC folks, you guys are quick to introduce the use of violence in everything. If you are not attempting to burn or break into a building, you will be snatching ballot boxes or threatening to kill or bite. Nigerians should question why you and your APC masters are always seeking to draw blood. This satanic and devilish behavior needs to stop.

As Chief Press Secretary to Oyetola, we have with us dossier of multiple fraudulent payment requests you submitted to divert resources that could have been allocated to salaries and pensions of hardworking Osun State citizens. Also the Primary Healthcare Projects you facilitated and allegedly squandered the funds. Your evasion of prosecution is largely due to Governor Ademola Adeleke’s focus on development and commitment to completing existing projects, rather than pursuing legal action against past transgressions of you and the Oyetola administration. Very soon, with Governor’s permission you and your cohorts will have your day in court once we make the white paper public.

You mentioned that your recent article represents your personal opinion, not the editorial stance of The Sun Newspaper. This clarification reveals your role as an aide to a former governor who, despite successive electoral defeats in 2018 and 2022, perceives Governor’s office as his birth right. The Osun State people have repeatedly rejected Mr Oyetola, this should prompt introspection rather than unfounded attacks against the people.

Even in private opinion, you must remember that truth must be sacrosanct and stop unnecessary peddling of lies and propaganda because even those that you lie on their behalf will come to say behind your back, he is a man of no integrity and will say anything. The truth remains that Oyetola was resoundingly defeated by Governor Adeleke, the local Governor chairman that was selected in a yes and no selection after Oyetola lost have been dismissed by a court of competent jurisdiction, with time the courts will vindicate those on the side of the law.

As for Governor Adeleke’s administration our focus remains the progress and development of Osun State, no amount of propaganda and attack on the democratic fabric of the State will dissuade Governor Adeleke from delivering dividends of democracy to the people.
