The Adeleke General Summit has scheduled its first stakeholders’ meeting following Governor Ademola Adeleke’s re-election victory to review the contributions of support groups, plan a victory celebration and discuss strategies for the next administration.

The meeting will hold on Friday, November 13, 2026, at the Late Adetunji Adeleke Country Home, Ede, Osun State, beginning at 3:00 p.m.

In a statement issued by the State Secretary, Comrade Samakin Abdul-Jeleel Abiodun, popularly known as ORIWO, the Summit said the meeting was being convened at the direction of its State Coordinator, Hon. Diti Aluko, and the Chairman of its Board of Trustees, Hon. Lukman Afolabi, also known as Aberesose.

The statement said the meeting would provide an opportunity to review the contributions of support groups operating under the Summit across Osun State and appreciate their efforts towards Adeleke’s re-election.

It added that stakeholders would discuss ways to recognise the commitment of the groups, which worked across the state’s 30 local government areas.

The agenda also includes plans for a victory celebration and preparations for the governor’s forthcoming swearing-in ceremony.

The Summit is expected to use the meeting to strengthen mobilisation for Accord Party candidates contesting seats in the State House of Assembly and the National Assembly. Members will also deliberate on the need to follow the governor’s directives concerning the presidential election.

Another issue scheduled for discussion is how the organisation can contribute to the success of the next administration by responding to the expectations of the people of Osun State.

The leadership said the meeting would help strengthen the Summit’s grassroots structures, improve coordination among members and establish a common direction for its political activities.

Attendance is strictly by invitation and is limited to designated stakeholders.

Those expected at the meeting include the 30 local government coordinators of the Summit, the three senatorial coordinators and five executive members from each senatorial district.

Support group coordinators are also expected to attend with four executive members each, alongside the State Women Mobilisation Wing coordinator and her four executive members.

The organisers urged all invited stakeholders to attend promptly and contribute to the discussions.
