APC “Yes/No” Chairmen Absconds Court in Contempt CaseThe Federal High Court in Osogbo on Thursday could not proceed with the hearing of the Contempt Case filed by the Osun state chapter of Action People’s Party (APP) praying the Court to commit Osun All Progressives Congress Yes/No Chairmen to prison for disobeying its judgment nullifying their purported election in 2022 today, as the sacked Chairmen absconded Court.
Recall that APP had filed the case to inform the court that the APC chairmen are yet to comply with the Federal High Court order and are forcefully occupying offices in the 30 Local Government Councils in the State.
Justice Adekemi Demi-Ajayi ordered that hearing notice to be served on them and then adjourned the case to 29th January, 2026Osun Spring
