The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced that its primary election for the 2026 Osun State governorship race will hold on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
In a statement signed by the Chairman, Directorate of Media and Publicity, Abosede Busayo Oluwaseun, the party said the exercise will strictly follow its internal democratic principles as outlined in its constitution.
According to the statement, all party procedures, earlier advertised in national dailies on Friday, November 28, will be adhered to throughout the process.
The ADC urged members of the public to disregard “false narratives” being circulated to create division within the party, adding that preparations for the primary remain on course.
