2023 UTME Result: Asari Dokubo questions Mmesoma’s age, says his irritated

Niger Delta activist, Asari Dokubo has questioned the age of the candidate of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, Mmesoma Ejikeme.

Dokubo wonders why Mmesoma wrote JAMB at age 19 when his children completed their secondary school education at 15 and 16 years respectively.

Dokubo noted that Mmesoma’s age might have been altered before she took the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME.

In a Facebook live, the former militant leader wondered why Mmesoma would claim to be writing JAMB at 19 years old when his children finished school at 15 and 16 years old.

According to Dokubo: “I have actually checked the little girl’s details, and I observed that there is the possibility that her age was altered before she sat for the exam.

“If not, why will she be writing JAMB at 19 when my own children finished school between the ages of 15 & 16. I saw 2004 in her details that I saw.

“One sure fact is that we know all these things, but we may choose not to talk. Now, I have to talk because I am irritated by what some people are saying. Something that is an obvious lie is what some people are comfortable with.”

Mmesoma, a student of Anglican Girls Secondary School in Nnewi, Anambra State, and JAMB were in the news early this week over the former’s UTME result.

Mmesoma had insisted she scored 362 in her UTME, but JAMB accused her of forging the result.

The examination body insisted that the 19-year-old scored 249 and not 362.

Mmesoma has admitted that she scored 249.
