Iwo Development Association congratulates Adeleke on re-election

The Iwo Development Community Association, formerly known as the Iwo Development Council, has congratulated the Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, on his re-election for a second term in office.
The association, in a congratulatory message signed by its President, Chief (Dr.) Lanre Amzat, JP, Secretary-General, Ismail Adedayo Aodu, and National Publicity Secretary, High Chief Adekunle Alabi, JP, described Adeleke’s victory as well deserved.
It said the governor’s reelection was a reflection of his commitment to good governance, dedication to public service and efforts towards the development of Osun State.
“The electoral success did not come to us as a surprise. It came as a result of your utter commitment, high dedication, and your passion for good governance,” the association said.
The group commended the Adeleke administration for what it described as significant achievements recorded during his first term, particularly in road infrastructure, education and healthcare.
It also highlighted several road projects in Iwo, saying they had contributed to the development of the city and improved movement within the community.
The association specifically mentioned the dualisation of the Odo-Ori–Oja-Ale-Adeeke road, describing it as “unprecedented,” while also listing the Feesu–Agbowo–Odo-Ori road, Araromi–Panada–Kuti road, Jagun–Ode–Araromi road and Post Office–Oloode–Oke-Ifa–Oke-Bode road among projects it credited to the administration.
According to the association, the completion and commissioning of the projects have had a positive impact on Iwo and contributed to the growth of the city.
“Your leadership has brought huge development to Iwo City,” the association stated.
The group expressed optimism that Adeleke would build on the achievements of his first term during his second tenure.
It also prayed for the governor’s continued success in office, saying, “We pray that God shall continue to keep and bless your governorship and that this second term will be better than your first term.”
The association wished the governor a successful second term and reaffirmed its appreciation for his contributions to the development of Iwo and Osun State.
