In the dynamics of the consolidation of achievements in the fight against terrorism, the GTIA KELETIGUI 1, under the leadership of the Malian military Commander-in-Chief, Colonel Seydou Bassirou Niangadou neutralized two terrorists of great renown. 

These two individuals are specialized in the installation of IEDs and the collection of zakats on the populations in the circle of Guiré in the south-east of Nara. The GTIA also carried out patrols in the pastoral perimeter of the Dialakoro water pump which was recovered since the start of the operation being in the same area. It was during an offensive reconnaissance in the said area from April 4 to 10, 2022 led by Battalion Commander Adama Diassana.Lately, the village of Dialakoro and surrounding areas had become the favored area of ​​these two terrorist leaders who imposed their law there while prohibiting people from getting drinking water from the pump. 

All things that caused a wave of displacement of the inhabitants. The release of this government pump, which has an irrigation capacity of 20,100 hectares, is a real sigh of relief for the peaceful inhabitants who carry out market gardening and livestock farming there. It is considered the beam that supports the local economy of this desert area. 

The neutralization of these two madmen and the dismantling of their logistical plots were made possible thanks to information collected. The material balance of this offensive patrol is as follows: 33 large-format solar panels, two armored batteries, dozens of bags of food, motorcycle spare parts, a generator, and a recovered refrigerator. 

According to the head of mission, Commander Adama Diassana, the recovery of these materials makes it possible to cut off the sources of supply for these bandits without faith or law.
