Association of Local Government of Nigeria, ALGON, Osun state has declared their full support for Governor Ademola Adeleke, while pledging to rally behind the Governor for second term in office.
According to a communique issued by the association on Saturday, signed by Hon. Sarafadeen Abiodun Awotunde, State ALGON Chairman emphasized that all the chairmen in the 30 local governments including Area office in the state are solidly behind Senator Jackson Nurudeeen Ademola Adeleke.
The statement reads,
“That, we will work tirelessly in ensuring his second term in office.
“That, we applauded his strides in making Osun , a new state despite the intimidation from the opposition APC.
“That, his continuity in office beyond 2026 is sacrosanct.
“That, all the workers in the local governments are solidly behind him and will not allow any intimidation from the opposition to quench their zeal and support for his administration.
“That, the issue with the local governments currently is temporary set back which will not last.
*That, our loyalty is 100 percent for His Excellency, Senator (Dr.) Jackson Nurudeeen Ademola Adeleke, no amount of political vendetta can deprived our governor of his second term in office.
